Where does the conference take place?

Social Fresh 2020 is 100% virtual. Sessions will be available through our conference site. We go live starting on Tuesday, December 8th. You will be able to chat live and interact with fellow attendees. Login information will be provided for all attendees (stay tuned!). 

I’m not sure if this conference is right for me. Is this more for beginners or experts?

We work 1-on-1 with every speaker to craft presentations that anyone can learn from, whether you’re newer to social media or you’ve been in the trenches for a decade. We reiterate what works, and we dive deep into the unique tactics our brand experts are seeing success with today. 

When will the Post-Conference Video Replay be available?

We make the recorded videos available as soon as possible. All recorded videos will be available within 4 weeks of the Conference at the latest. Most of them sooner. 

How long will I have access to the Post-Conference Video Replay?

Video replay access is available for 6 months. 

Are there any discounts available?

We do offer discounted rates for certain industries (education, nonprofit, government) and a group ticket for 2 or more people (Save $100 per ticket!). Please email us for more info at team@socialfresh.com.

Additionally, our Live Conference Pass scholarship is awarded to students, veterans, and need-based social media pros. Please apply for a scholarship ticket here

Do you accept speaker submissions?

Speakers are confirmed for this conference and Social Fresh does not take speaker submissions. The best way to get the attention of our content committee is to attend one of our events, write for our blog, or generally support our community online. 

Do you have sponsorship opportunities?

I registered for the event, but now cannot attend. Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds, but even if you are unable to attend the live sessions, all workshops, interviews, panel discussions, and presentations will be available via Video Replay to watch at your convenience. We are also happy to transfer your registration to a colleague or friend. Requests can be sent to team@socialfresh.com.
